If you've been following Dawn's Piano on Facebook recently, you've probably seen me sharing episodes of this podcast that I find particularly helpful for the past several months.

This podcast is a resource created by Shelly Davis. She's curating a community of piano parents for sharing ideas and accessing resources via a podcast and a Facebook Group. Podcast episodes are posted weekly; Shelly conducts interviews with both piano teachers and piano parents discussing developing good practice habits and expectations, different teaching styles and resources that teachers use with their students, and occasionally a music theory tutorial for non-musical parents who want to help out their beginning piano kids. The podcast just passed it's 1 year mark, and has been downloaded over 10,000 times, this means the piano parent community is growing, and there will be even more ideas and resources to share in the coming year!

A few of my favorite episodes so far have been the 10 Best Youtube Videos and the Get SMART Part 1 and Part 2. I highly recommend this resource for my studio parents.
